Coaching with Run the Wild guide - Mark Hadaway 

Mark has been actively coaching individuals and groups across a multitude of fitness and sporting disciplines now for 15 years including the past four years as part of the Run The Wild team. From working one-to-one with individuals seeking general health improvements to establishing a track-based running group which has produced some elite level ‘masters’ athletes, Mark calls upon his vast resource of knowledge to ensure all athletes have the opportunity to progress. Mark has taught indoor cycling classes for many years and has a strong following of dedicated athletes – both competitive and recreational. More recently Mark has been working increasingly with multisport athletes, following his true passion for triathlon. Mark is a true advocate of positive mindset and that training must be process focused, specific and, most importantly, fun. His energy and enthusiasm is infectious.

Timing & Rates

Available Fridays – 9am to 5pm
Cost: £70 first session (75 mins) / £55 subsequent sessions (60 mins)

Bookings include

  • 30 min Skype pre-session to discuss wants and needs and assess goals
  • Pre-session analysis and feedback (ie pre-existing injuries, running biomechanics observations, kit advice, nutrition, energy zones etc)
  • Warm-up protocol advice/drills
  • Partnered run/training session (specific to requirements and to include relevant technique focus)
  • Pre-cool down photo/video evidenced running biomechanics analysis
  • Cool down protocol advice/drills
  • Q&A
  • Post session feedback via email
